"I did not like that room service did not come to clean my room during my stay. I was only provided a plastic bag with towels and wash cloths that were left outside on the door handle."

"Definitely has some major issues & poor management. Was there for an event, along with probably 300 hundred other people at this hotel, the check in was terrible. Check in was at 4pm, room wasn't ready until almost 6pm. Only 1 elevator was running, keep in mind that they have 4 of them. The line for the elevator was 60 people deep at any given time. Seriously??? Was told we could use the stairs to go up 20 flights, are you kidding me??? Finally allowed a handful of people to use one of the service elevators. Never seen such a discombobulated freaking mess. Staff could only say "there's nothing we can do about it." Won't stay here again."

"WiFi as terrible. Pool not available… room which was suppose to be no smoking had smoking smell and more smoking in the hallway.. two elevators one which was working had to wait over 15 mins each time we left and came back.. had to pay to park at the hotel itself.. not valet.. $15! Then I was told if I paid in advance (which I did) I didn’t need to pay anything ag location well I get there they request a $100 deposit.. it what irk me is when we checked out she said she released it but she hasn’t called or check the room to relay any damages not there there were any bit still! What the point of the deposit at all then! I don’t recommend this hotel.. unless you are desperate"

"The hotel was very crowded and hard to navigate throughout the common areas. Extra-long waits for the elevators. The staff was very rude and seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, given the volume of guests. Our room keypad was malfunctioning, and we got locked out every time we left the room. Due to the large number of guests, we had to wait 20-30 minutes each time to get into our room. We were not provided the complimentary three-hour parking as listed on the website and had to carry our luggage two blocks to the hotel. The room was clean for the most part, but we found pills on the bathroom floor and in different areas of the room. I would not be staying at this property in the future, as our family vacation wasn't the best due to this hotel, and we were delayed and late for events because we had to stand in line for an extended period to gain access to our room."

"Convenient to airport and included free shuttle. Front desk staff and bartender went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Excellent stay!"
